October is National Principal Month, and the Hemlock Board of Education joined the nation in honoring building leaders.
Each principal received a certificate in their honor and a gift bag with Hemlock Huskie attire. All recipients graciously accepted in the presence of support staff, teachers, administrators, students, and community members in attendance at the Board meeting.
Hemlock Board of Education President Dr. Ellison said, "It's great to have such dedicated building leaders. They take pride in their buildings and staff, and strive to make their schools places where kids are excited to learn."
Superintendent Don Killingbeck said, “This is one way we try to acknowledge the hard work and efforts of our principals.”
