Hemlock Public School District is preparing their bus drivers for safe driving in inclement weather by participating in training from Michigan Center for Truck Safety from Lansing.
The varsity girls basketball team has been chosen for the NBC 25 Hometown Hoops Game of the Week at Swan Valley. A preview will be aired tonight at 10pm and 11pm. They will also be live tomorrow beginning at 6pm. Go huskies!

Hemlock/K.C. Ling Elementary-Pay it Forward Project-Collection of new or gently used books for needy students in Saginaw County. Please drop off books at either building.

SAGINAW SPIRIT & HEMLOCK ROBOTICS
The robotics teams (K-12) will be at the Saginaw Spirit hockey game today. The game starts at 5:30 pm and doors open at 4 pm to view the robot displays.
There is No School on November 22-24. School will resume on Monday, November 27.
Hemlock Public School District Board of Education regularly honors individuals or groups for outstanding work and/or contributions to student success. This past month was no different. The Board of Education honored Richland Township Police, Jack Doyle, and Richland Township Fire Department, Mike Morse, and Hemlock’s Building and Grounds Director, Rick Crofoot.
Bus and lunchtime behavior-music: We are seeing several students bringing Bluetooth speakers to school. If a student would like to listen to their personal music during lunch or on the bus, they must use earbuds and at a volume that only they can hear.
Hemlock Public School District hosted their 47th annual Senior Citizens Thanksgiving Dinner to over 230 community members and area business sponsors.
Hemlock High School Cross Country 2001 and 2002 teams were recently honored and inducted into the Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame. The Hemlock teams were celebrated on November 5, 2017, in the presence of many community and family members who attended the annual banquet.
