Hemlock's Gray Matter robotics team finished in the top 10% of the teams in Michigan at the recent State Championships. They now advance to the FIRST World Championships in Detroit April 25-27. The team also won the Spirit Award. Gray Matter provides advanced educational opportunities.

Hemlock Public School District is the first school system in Saginaw County to be recognized and awarded Green School status, more details in the next week or so. Ceremonies will be scheduled for Earth Day, April 22nd at each building to raise the green school flag.
